During Tuesday Senate hearing with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) was once again interrupted by Misogynist Republican Senator McCain as she attempted to force a member of the Trump administration to answer her important questions.
Under furious questioning from the former California Attorney General and now California senator over whether he had contacts with any “Russian businessmen or Russian nationals,” a flustered Sessions claimed she was accusing of him of lying, and begged off.
“If I don’t qualify, it you’ll accuse me of lying so I need to be correct as best as I can,” Sessions demurred.
“I do want you to be honest,” Harris replied.
“And I’m not to be able to be rushed this fast,” Sessions remarked. ” It makes me nervous.”
As Harris resumed her questions, Sen. John McCain rushed to Sessions’ defense, interrupting Harris with, “Chairman, the witness should be allowed to answer the question.
Chairman Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) then told both McCain and Harris, “Senators, you will allow the chair to control the hearing.”
Following the hearing, Harris took to Twitter to go after Sessions.

Kamala Harris ✔ @SenKamalaHarris: It’s unacceptable that Sessions – the top law enforcement official in the country – cannot name his legal basis for evading questions. 2:18 PM – 13 Jun 2017
